Aaronia's EMC "Screening fabric" Aaronia-Shield® is made from a patented high-tech fibre. It is highly transparent, washable, antiseptic, most effective shielding. Aaronia-Shield® is ideal for building screening canopies, fly screens, curtains, cloth, protective clothing etc. And like A2000+ effectively protects against any kind of electrosmog but offers a 1000fold increase in shielding performance especially in the high GHz range (mobile phones, microwave ovens, aviation radar, military broadcast, etc.).

The various "transparent" screening systems currently available on the market are very diverse concerning their protection efficiency and affordability. The majority offer little or no protection in the higher GHz ranges. In the most part they are extremely expensive and do not offer protection against low frequency EMF radiation, either. The most important limitation with most competing products is that the customer in most cases will require TWO seperate screening solutions - One against high frequency and another to shield low frequencies.

Consequently, Aaronia offers a very affordable and effective alternative with the additional bonus of being especially easy for the novice to handle. Aaronia-Shield® offers excellent screening performance especially in the high GHZ range. The reason behind the performance of Aaronia-Shield® is the complex textile concepts used in its production, based upon a special kind of patented silver/polyamid fibre. Aaronia-Shield® can be handled like a regular fabric. It can be folded without the risk of taking damage, is anti-septic, frost proof, rot proof and extremely breathable.

It is important to note that Aaronia-Shield® does NOT need to be grounded for high-frequency screening. Although, we would generally recommend grounding using our grounding package if used in fixed applications (for example as a canopy, curtains, fly screens etc.), by using the grounding kit additional protection against LF electric fields caused by high-voltage lines, power cables, etc. will also be achieved.
