EMC Sniffer / Probes

The Aaronia RF field probes are designed to be used in conjunction with a Spectrum Analyser or Oscilloscope and allow for straightforward pinpointing and measurement of interference sources ranging in frequency from DC up to 6GHz in electronic components.

The sets are made up of 5 different RF probes to measure H and E fields offer optimum sensitivity and spatial resolution at different frequencies.

All probes are covered with insulating layer for safe measurements and incorporate a quality rubber coated grip, coupled with the small size of the probes they are perfect for exact locating of interference sources and offers unparalleled access to tight spaces.

The probes feature an integrated electrostatic shield eliminates common-mode pickup amd can be driven by a signal source to generate fields for electromagnetic susceptibility testing. Making the PBS Probes highly suitable for field-strength and EMC measurements.

Any gain rises are very linear with increases in the frequency illustrating the high accuracy of our probes. Included on the CD is the typical standard calibration data and Excel sheet for dBm to V/m and A/m conversion.
